In my Law Practice, I have experienced several challenges in managing the business and hiring employees. Having less control than I expected over the actions of my employees and no control over whether they would enjoy the work left me feeling helpless. But once I found the right tools to assist me in hiring people who were a better fit for me and my business, the likelihood of my success increased dramatically and the process became much more hopeful. Then, with proper training and guidelines, the systems were in place for the best potential outcome.

Many of my business law clients were having similar struggles with their businesses and were interested in what I was doing when they saw the changes in my business. They began asking me more questions about how I was managing my law firm than questions about business law.  As I shared my knowledge, my new venture evolved into a consulting company.
